Tea leaves


Take 250-500ml water in a pan.

Let it boil

Add 2 tbsp dried Blue Lotus Flowers tea

Let your infusion steep for 5-10 minutes

Add 1tbsp of honey or sugar, if required

Strain the Blue Lotus Flower Tea in your best-loved mug
