Mixes easily into cool or cold beverages. No clumping or binding. You can make it as thick or thin as you desire.
For my pictures, I mixed about 1/2 teaspoon with a small spoon…so I could not reach to the bottom of this glass. There is near zero sediment at the bottom of my glass.

I have been trying a number of matcha’s lately, since I have fallen in love with them, this one has to be the smoothest and nicest flavor yet! My standard for comparing matcha’s has been the green tea lattes, in these I mix the matcha in a little hot water (~1/4 cup) using a frother, then I add hot milk to these to fill the rest of the mug. I then sweeten it with a little agave syrup, after which I have a wonderful latte. With this private selection it mixed simply into the water and the flavor was so nice the amount of agave syrup I added was about half.

After that I have tried numerous Matcha tea from different supermarkets like Whole’s food,Sprouts,Natural Grocers and so on but those didn’t quite hit the mark.This is the closet taste to the original Matcha, I tried at Teavana. The color of this green tea is not as dark as of teavana, that is the only difference I see. Both of these tea has strong taste which I really love. I am not sure about the reason Teavana being darker then ENZ0 Matcha, I think it’s due to different types of leaves or how long the green tea leaves are shaded from the sun.
This green tea is aromatic,has rich flavor and has a silky finish. It has natural sweet taste and dissolve fast in water. This tastes absolutely divine.
You could enjoy this in various ways, one of them would be putting some Matcha powder in a bullet blender with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cup of milk.You could put in green smoothies. I have been seeing cakes,pudding and lots of different items in market these days. If you have the mind and creativity the possibilities are endless.I personally make Matcha tea adding warm water(not too hot) with a whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion until the tea is frothy.You could enjoy your Matcha tea straight from the bowl as it is but personally like adding some honey.I have been drinking this as a hot beverage or add this to my morning green smoothie but I yet haven’t been more experimental and tried more recipes. This is the best matcha I have ever had! It smells so heavenly! The color is a beautiful shade of green and the powder is not gritty at all. I love drinking Matcha for so many reasons. The first one is because it tastes really good to me. I love it hot, in a bowl, so the steam warms my face and nose while I drink it. It tastes like fresh mown lawn smells; few things are more pleasant to my nose than the smell of new mown lawn. That may not be your experience, I am just telling you mine.
I have spent the last few years working hard on getting to a healthier, leaner weight, that allows me to be more active, and look and feel better than I have for the past decade or so. One of the products I have found that gives me energy is good quality grade Matcha. It helps with my digestion and is a good metabolism booster. To make green tea ice cream… I buy my fav brand of vanilla ice cream, let it melt halfway then add a 1-3 teaspoon of the green tea powder. This is a nice tasting matcha green tea powder. It mixes quickly in hot water and dissolves quickly but does leave some residue in the bottom of the cup if you don’t keep stirring. I mixed mine a little on the weak side and used a wire whisk to “froth” it while mixing to make it a smooth tea. It does taste a lot like instant tea but better. It makes a perfect drink for a cold afternoon or iced if preferred. It can also be used in baking, which I was not aware of. I received a brownie recipe from the manufacturer which I will be trying in the near future. This comes in a plastic bag within a strong zip lock bag for freshness. I finially got this thing. I could say it’s one of the best but I could say it’s one of the most subtle, dense, detailed matcha tea I ever had. I was pissed when I lost the first package but tremendously happy when I finially gotten a chance to try it.

I have ordered many pkgs of matcha tea from many different sellers. This company compares very well, if not more to the same quality as the other fine grade matcha tea powders. However, this one arrived in a double packaged pouch. I was pleasantly surprised at the fine grade. The powder is ver soft, with hardly any lumps at all, taste is excellent and I most definately order this one again

One of my go to hot drinks is Matcha Green Tea. I love to have it with a bit of honey in it. There are so many benefits of drinking matcha tea and different ways you can use it. In baking, cooking and putting it in many different drinks. This Premium Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder is a bit different I noticed, in that it mixes easily in cold water if that is the way you like it. This does help because if it doesn’t dissolve it can be unappetizing. Who wants clumps of green tea in their drink. This matcha tea is sealed in two packages which I found interesting. It will definitely stay fresher longer sealed this way. The price is reasonable and two ounces goes a long way. I really like this brand.

Delicious and potent! So far I’ve made green tea lattes and a green tea mudcake- yum! A little of this stuff goes a long way. You only need 1-2 tsp, for tea even 1/2 tsp is sufficient. I use a filter with this to get rid of small lumps in my tea. I’m planning to make matcha green tea pancakes today- I’m sure it will be as delicious as everything else as has been! It’s double sealed- great packaging! No spills during transit 🙂 excited to see what else I can make- green tea ice cream, green tea mochi just to name a few.

Finding a high grade green tea in my area is a headache if you don’t live in a major city with access to fresh high quality Asian ingredients. Great product with no fillers. I have been enjoying my Enzo matcha for about 2 weeks. I was surprised by the small amount of powder that you have to use, 1/2 tsp is the serving size. I have seen many other products that use fillers like rice flower to extend the product and requires 2Tb of powder as a serving size. I also liked that the Enzo brand disolves easily in cold water. Other brands seem to clump like flour in warm water. I will be buying this brand from now on and would highly recommend it.

This is a good matcha tea. It has a bright green color. There are no fillers in this tea. From my understanding match that comes from China can contain lead and must be consumed in small amounts but this is from Thailand so no worries there. This has a nice flavor and is not bitter like some matcha teas I have tried. I can honestly reccomend this product at a discount price.

Matcha tea is not all the same. Some have a dark greener color ( meaning it has more nutrients) and some have a light almost tan tint to it. To me they all taste about the same but there is a difference in the quality. Some tea is mainly used for cooking products, such as cookies, cakes, different deserts, icecream etc. Those are the lower grade matcha’s. This however is some of the most dark green matcha teas I’ve come across. It really is premium and they say it’s organic as well so I’m really happy about this. I used to use green tea leaves that I brewed and sometimes I still do. But that is nothing in comparison to how healthy matcha tea is. I also like fast and easy and I like to put some in a small ziplock bag to put in my purse. It’s really easy to get hot water when I’m out and I just add this to it and ahve a super healthy drink. It’s best to put it in your cup frist then add a little hot water blend it up then add the rest of your water. I did buy the bamboo whisk but honestly I don’t use it that much. I either just use my fork, or a metal wisk that is one of the smaller ones. I also just love love love to add either coconut , cashew or almond milk. To it and make a matcha tea latte. I use stevia or honey to sweeten it a little. It has a smooth taste not a green grass taste or anything. I only buy products that are in a dark sealed container like this one is. If I do happen to get one that isn’t I right away put it in something where light can’t get to it. So I give this a 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.
I also do muscle testing on all the matcha teas i’ve gotten. Even though they all test positive this one seems to test the strongest. so far.

I have tried quite a few brands of matcha. Some are better than others in terms of taste, clumpiness, freshness, etc. Enzo’s is definitely one of the better products I have tried. You can smell and taste the freshness, and there is definitely that deep earthiness you want in your matcha. When I pass the matcha through a fine sieve, it takes care of the clumps, and does not clump it when I mix it with cold water. It also dissolves with the water very well without many grains of matcha being left behind. That slight bitterness, as expected in matcha, is present but not overwhelmingly bitter. This matcha is indeed very premium and I would recommend this to anyone.

If you love authentic green tea, this is for you! A benefit of this tea is that is is pretty forgiving when it comes to steeping time. Many green teas will get bitter if the water is too hot or if the tea is allowed to steep too long, but this is less temperamental than most.

First of all, let’s get the really cool stuff out of the way. This is certified USDA organic Matcha. If you have never tried it I would describe the taste as a mildly sweet/grassy/green tea flavor. This tea is gluten-free and raw. It is high in antioxidants, great for fighting free radicals and boosts your metabolism (i.e. burns calories more efficiently). Now for my experience both drinking and baking. I add this tea to a banana bread recipe for added nutritional boost in the morning. The flavor complements the bread and adds a bit of depth and extra fiber to the bread. I haven’t tried but think it would also be amazing in brownies and ice cream (my next endeavor). What I REALLY like about this matcha is how fine the powder is. I was actually able to dissolve it easily in a glass of cold water for an quick ice tea
