Stevia itself has a tiny bit of aftertaste if you are not familiar with it, kind of like honey does when you first start using it instead of sugar, but nothing unpleasant. While Stevia, at least for me, may take a bit of getting use to, over the taste of sugar. This is not what I have found in stores. This is organic.
I have had the pleasure of trying other Stevia powders, and this has been the best so far I have had.
This little packet, at least for me, is like 50lbs of sugar. You just need a few sprinkles, in your coffee, to amount to two packets, at least, of sugar.

The 30 grams of Stevia that I received was a nice surprise. The package contained more than I had thought would be in it.The stevia is a very fine white powder and can be easily inhale so be careful when opening it.
Having used this stevia for the past few days I find that it has a slightly bitter taste when you use too much so my solution to this is to add more of the beverage that I am attempting to sweeten and this dilutes the bitter taste and brings it back to just really sweet. I have gone through a lot of brands of Stevia to find some that does not leave me with a bitter after taste in my mouth when I drink it, this one falls into the area of bitter after taste.
I also have experienced real green leaf stevia that when used in a drink does sweeten and does not leave bad after taste, but it also does not dissolve well in your drink, be it hot or cold. This stevia does not dissolve well in cold drinks either. It has to be a very hot drink and you have to stir and stir in order for it to be dissolved.
In conclusion I find this stevia to be not something I would order again because the taste and the non dissolving in cold liquids does not work for me.

If you have not used Stevia I suggest you read up on it before buying it. I first learned about it when listening to NPR and the author of science of skinny. Sweeteners such as sweet and low were originally supposed to be made as a poison! In any case this is pure Stevia which I cannot find in the grocery store. If you look at items such as truvia you will see they contain other sweeteners besides Stevia. When you use this it is much sweeter than sugar so do not put too much in your coffee! Because you d not use much of this )due to its sweetness) this product will last a while. I also recommend putting the stevia in 1st and then the hot coffee to better dissolve the stevia.

Very sweet stuff. I usually use 2 packets of stevia in my coffee, 24 ounces so I used 1/4 teaspoon thinking it was the equivalent but it was way too sweet. While it was too sweet it was not bitter. So the next day I used 1/8 teaspoon in my coffee and it tasted so much better. This package may be small but it will last a long time.

One cup of erythritol and one or two teaspoons of this Stevia. Put it into a cute little sugar bowl… VOILA! No one will know you’ve made the switcheroo! It looks just like sugar! I’m a Stevia junkie, and usually use the individual packets that are mixed with some type of filler.
When I got this, I was surprised at how small the bag was, until I read how little you use — only about 1/32 of a tsp for a tsp of sugar.
I’m still trying to figure out the exact measurement, but I like using this in it’s pure form.

This is an excellent, high quality product. I only use Stevia and have for many many years. I have only used liquid extract before, and as it has become more popular among health enthusiasts, there are cheaper varieties of liquid and powder cropping up at mainstream grocery stores. I would suggest only getting a quality like this one, or your health food store variety. Many of the powders are not sweet enough-you have to use way too much to get the sweetness you desire. This product and the liquid extract are much more condensed and potent. Stevia is a wonderful sugar alternative. Some people think it has a weird aftertaste, but I don’t notice that at all. This product comes in a nice little resealable foil pouch, smaller than it looks in the picture, but you won’t need to use a lot so it should last quite a long time. I am a really big fan of this Stevia. I love the fact that it has 0 cals and tastes just like sugar to me. I found that enjoying this in my tea, coffee or any other drink requiring sugar tastes exactly the same as using sugar itself. The amount that is needed of this particular Stevia is so small! It is amazing. The bag will last me months. It is so much healthier than other sugar substitutes that I stay away from because of the carcinogen warnings. I would really recommend this if you were looking for a sugar alternative.

I used to use, Sweetleaf Stevia Extract Clear Liquid 4oz. Then this company offered to send me their small bag of Stevia. I didn’t think much about it. When it arrived, I read the package and it said to put 1/34 Teaspoon in a drink. I thought it meant one-third or one-fourth Teaspoon – LOL. So I put 1/4. And holy smokes, it was WAY too much.
That’s when I started to get excited. This is VERY pure and concentrated. So I put just a tiny amount in a 1/4 Teaspoon and added that. And it was perfect.
I used to use the other product I mentioned above. But no more. This is a WAY better value. Tastes great and is far more convenient.

Great alternative to sugar but beware, it’s sweet! Many people like myself would think to add just as much stevia as you would sugar but don’t! A small amount will go a long way. I personally do not like anything too sweet so I literally add in less than a pinch of stevia and it taste just right. Please read the instructions before getting started because they provide a nifty conversion table.
Although it has a different taste palate than sugar, it works well any where you would have used sugar. Whether that’s cookies or coffee, no one will notice the difference and you won’t have the worries that come with having too sugar. I have a family history of diabetes so I’m very careful of my sugar intake. Likewise, I have family with diabetes but honestly speaking, I feel guilt free sharing this to sweeten up their sugar-free lives.

I have tried many many stevia products before i settled on the one I used before this one. The ones in the store are "cut" with different agents for whatever reasons and the majority of them leave a bitter aftertaste. I appreciate that this is a pure product or appears to be by the ingredients label. The instructions tell you how much to use generally and they are pretty spot on. I use this for my hot tea and these are my findings: 1. I will usually dip my teaspoon in the tea to wet it then dip it in the bag a 1/4 to 1/2 way up the spoon. This gives you enough for a 16 oz to 32 oz tumbler of tea. VERY SWEET! 2. The second thing I noticed is that because it is pure it doesn’t dissolve as fast as other powder stevia in the hot tea. Not a deal breaker for me. I usually just let it finish dissolving on it’s own as i usually do a take along tea. 3. I noticed that the longer I let it sit the sweeter it gets. So you can use less if you don’t plan to drink or eat the sweeted item right away. 4.didn’t find a bitter aftertaste even after the tea sat all night long and i warmed it up in the morning. 5.Although it may seem like a high priced item, I use so little of it that after using it everyday for 8 days it is like the bag is brand new. This tells me that I will end up saving money in the end. I will buy again.

For those of you who are use to truvia, sweet leaf and other sweeteners that are NOT pure Stevia, you will use a lot less of pure stevia than you will
with the others. If you have not used any stevia at all then there is going to be a little while to get use to the taste change in things that you are use to like Coffee,Koolaid, and other things you would normally add sweeteners too. I found like many others that hot tea tastes exactly the same when sweetened with Pure Stevia as it was with real sugar. it only takes a little amount (about half the size of an eraser on a #2 pencil) if you use to much it will have a bitter after taste. I drink my coffee black now because i wanted to cut down on the sugar, and still after 12years of using Pure stevia do not like the taste of Stevia in my coffee, so Hot tea and also Postum it taste really good. we also use it to make cakes and pastries and it does very well with those also. ratio is put in a little and add to your taste. pricing on this product is good and in line with KAL 4.3 oz Pure Stevia

OK I HATE stevia! This is the only one I have tried that I can actually use. So all the people saying its disgusting, you should really try other ones, because they are horrendous compared to this! I have about 7 containers of stevia in my cabinet that will end up in the garbage, because they are so gross. This one I actually use. This is a very small bag, which is stated in the title. Not really an issue for me other than the fact that it’s just really lousy packaging. The bag doesn’t seal easily and tends to let a cloud of stevia dust into the air when closing and opening. Powder gets everywhere. This means product is being wasted.
I made my breakfast the other day, went to close the bag and the stevia cloud coated my breakfast, making it inedible.
Would not purchase again unless they got better packaging.

We have used many types of stevia. Before this, our favorite was the Kal little packages. (We still use those for "on the go" convenience) However, this stevia has become our new favorite.
Why is it our new favorite? It takes so little to sweeten things. It sweetens without a bitter aftertaste. We also like the ziplock storage bag because it is sturdy enough to keep the stevia dry. The bottom is also flat so it stands up nicely while you get the amount of stevia you want.
I have cooked with this stevia as well. Again, it only takes a *very* small amount. I started with the amount I’ve used before and had to add other ingredients because it was too sweet. When you get used to the small amount it takes to sweeten things, this stevia is wonderful! 🙂

Great product. This is the REAL Stevia. What would normally be a couple teaspoons of sugar in my coffee, is a CRUMB of this stuff. Literally a little tiny bit on the end of the spoon equals a couple teaspoons of sugar. I was a bit stunned when I saw how small the bag was compared to the price, but I realize now that this is a great value and should last a long time. There is a conversion chart on the back to tell you how much to use. And I love that there is NOTHING but organic Stevia in here. No dextrose or any other crapola.

I’ve never tried stevia before and decided to now based on a recommendation from a friend. I was pleasantly surprised. It has no weird aftertaste like diet sodas or artificial sweeteners do. Also, I found that it only takes a tiny bit, way less than what you would use of sugar, to sweeten coffee, cereal, and tea. It mixes well and doesn’t leave any gritty feeling or dregs at the bottom of a cup. I really love that it’s natural. It’s been claimed that stevia improves skin, which as a person who suffers from acne sounds really good. I also love that it says it promotes weight loss, mostly due to the fact that it is zero calories. There are other health advantages, too. I am going to replace artificial and refined sugars with this stevia for my daughter. Overall, I find the product to be just as presented and I have no complaints with it.

Purchased this brand right along with another brand of "pure" Stevia to compare the two. A damp finger taste test to access the sweetness of this brand indicated it to be not sweet as compared to the other brand using the damp finger taste test. But this brand did sweeten my coffee just as the other brand did. The only negatives for this brand is, as indicated by other’s review, is that it does not readily dissolve in the hot coffee – it has to be stirred a bit to get it to dissolve. The other negative is that it cost more per ounce than the other "pure" Stevia brand.

I purchase this product, because I was able to get it at a discount, and I wanted to find out how it compared to other brands of stevia. After using it, I can tell that is definitely a lot sweeter than other brands of stevia such as Sweet Leaf.
After making sweet tea with it, I discovered that what is listed as a equivalent to 1 cup of sugar it is definitely really a lot more. I used what was supposed to be an equivalent of 1 cup of sugar to make a gallon and a half of tea, and after making two and a half gallons it is still a bit too sweet. It also does have a little bit more of a bitter taste, then some of the other stevia’s that I have used. Especially, if you use more than what you need to.
I’ve discovered, though, that it does work well in cups of coffee and my bowl of oatmeal, as long as I only use the residue from dipping a spoon into the container.

The sweet components in stevia sweeteners are naturally occurring, which may further benefit consumers who prefer foods and beverages they perceive as natural.
Compared to leading stevia products, this is certainly less expensive. It seems to be a finer granule, which is ok, but there is some "smoke" powder wafting up each time you use it. It might be slightly less sweet but that’s not a big deal (unless you use so much more that the cost difference is eliminated). It lists a serving size of 3/4 teaspoon where Enzo’s Private Selection Organic
shows 1/2. I think I detect more of a vanilla taste and smell than Truvia has. The ingredients list reads "erythritol, dextrose with maltodextrin , rebiana (stevia leaf extract), natural flavors" compared with Truvia "erythritol, stevia leaf extract, natural flavors" so they’re somewhat different. It’s worth a try, you might not think these things are significant.

I ordered this Premium Organic Stevia Powder, and received a full, 125g bag of fine white, very sweet, powder – just as advertised. This pure Stevia packs a punch; I recommend using less than the package suggests. I have a coleslaw recipe that calls for 1/2 cup of sugar, so I used a bit less than the 3/4 teaspoon recommended in the conversion chart on the back of the package, and it was waaaay too sweet and had an aftertaste.
Thankfully, I was able to double my recipe to suit that amount of Stevia, and it was perfect! There was no aftertaste and no one recognized that I’d used a sugar substitute. Maybe the conversion chart for large amounts are geared more toward baked goods? Anyway, lesson learned: Always start with half the amount called for and taste test.
A tiny bit is great on unsweetened cereal – my great nephew chowed down as he would on a sugary type, and he drank the milk from the bowl, which he usually doesn’t do.
I’ve tried other Stevia brands in the past and found they had an aftertaste, no matter how much I used. Enzo’s Private Selection is the best, and this size package will last a long, long time!

I love it! The most important for me and my family, that this product has no fillers, just pure raw organic stevia, and you can feel in the taste – very sweet! You have to be careful when you sweeten your goodies, just a little bit – and last for a long time! Enjoy!
